Still pretty darn sore today so going to take another day off. No HIIT today, as I was hoping I could go to the gym but decided against it after I had eaten lol.

Today I'll be going in for the 2nd feast workout. Still sore, but I suspect it'll go away once I start lifting. Last night I did a very, very light workout with 10-12 reps to try and loosen up the muscles as well as stretching in the morning.
Weight: 193.4 (+4.8)
Almost 5 lbs increase than where I started, not counting famine. A lot of this is water weight and I'm back up to where I was prior to taking the big breaks. We'll see how much it goes up from here on out.

I will never do lower body before upper body again. I probably would've been fine if I didn't do the lower EDT before upper, but yea.
Benchpress:
220x5 (help on 5th rep)
DB Pullover: 80x6
Squat: 225x5 (think I could've done a 6th, but didn't have spotter and no cage)
Dimel DL: 115x8
EDT
Hack squat: 135x6x6x6x6x6 (30) Really deep on a lot of them.
SLDL: 205x6x6x6x6x6x6 (30)
Squat SH: 405x10 seconds, 455x10 seconds <-- Both PR's (was a bit too heavy, although had plenty of strength in legs)
Crunch SH: No clue on the weight, but did 2 of them. It was on a hydrollics machine and I just increased the weight until I could barely hold it and held it for 5 seconds or so.
No upper EDT as I was pretty worn out after the lower EDT. I always did it at the end so it just kinda put me out of the mentality of another big workload I guess. I will definitely not do that again, as my lifts didn't increase I just got jewed out of motiviation for an upper EDT.
The squat static holds are blowing my mind though. I really shouldn't be able to do that much with how low my squat is. As soon as I get straps I'll toss a rack pull in there.

No HIIT but went folfing with a friend (in 8 inches of snow) at a new course that was put in Oct up at the dam here. One of our very good friends dad worked up there and before he retired he got enough money together to put a frisbee golf course in. It was great hiking wise. Here's a picture of the area:
It's off on the left (on the lake side) going up and down the mountains. Quite the course and pretty well put together.

New PR's !!!
I'm happy, you're happy
You'll be happier still and have even more PR's once you split upper/lower body day up!!
Take care..

Yea, just checked out my last log on here and saw:
Bench: 215x10, 230x6
Squat: 225x8, 245x6 (225 was from my first workout)
Still got quite a ways to go to get back to where I was I guess.
Edit: I have a question about KA timing. I usually consume after my meals, but after I thought about it I thought it could be more beneficial prior to my meals. So, any suggestion on timing with it? I asked AskMass, but he told me to ask you for the BP.

Well, made it out of my birthday with 6 drinks. A bit more than I probably should've had, but it isn't nearly as bad as it could've been. Will probably go in for my 3rd workout tomorrow assuming my body doesn't take a hit from the alch (don't think it will, as I didn't have a whole lot). Wasn't planning on going to the bar at all, but dad came over a couple days ago and asked if I'd come down and let him buy me a drink.
Anyway, only moving forward from this point. Shouldn't be anymore set backs to say the least, and hopefully will have a lifting partner soon. Had a friend come back from the military and if he can find a job here he'll be sticking around and hitting the gym with me. So pretty excited for that.

Due to recent events my diet hasn't been top notch. Will have to see how it effects my gym performance.
Weight: 192.0 <-- down from my previous weigh in, still higher than before I started famine.
