Bench 67.5kg 7 or 8 reps
Barbell Pullover 35kg 8.5reps(was really stretching it in the movement for a huge ROM, could have done more if I didnt)
Squat 90kg 9 reps(Well happy with this)
Hack squat 110kg 8 reps
Deadlift 120kg 8 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps(extremely happy with that)
164/165lbs on scales...well happy with that.
All the while fighting off that cold.
Decided to get some extra sleep that night aswell to fight off that cold.Had to condense my meals a little bit more and I think ill only manage 5 or 6 but protein content still looking strong.
Illl have that pic of the supps tomorrow for you guys

Bench 80kg 1 rep
Squat 110kg 1 rep(My Dad says im slanting to one side, doesnt feel like that to me though)
Barbell Pullover 40kg 5 reps(1 cheat rep)
Hack squat 120kg 5reps
Deadlift 140kg 1 rep, failed next set, tried again for third set and got 1 rep.This was with 7 plates, when my 20kg plates arrive I could do so much better I reckon.
Well happy with them numbers.

Notes: Diet on day 10 wasnt great only got like 1g protein per lb bodyweight and sleeping pattern has been off past 2 days.Gonna wake up early tomorrow to fix that...early for me anyway.

Yeah, I'd up the 1 arm DB rows along with everything else. You seem to be getting stronger mighty fast.
Now one word of caution: when you make these jumps keep them managable (i.e. smaller). Nothing kills a training cycle liking jumping to much, too fast. If memory serves, you're training almost every day too so be mindful of that.
There is NOTHING wrong and potentially a lot right with taking a day off here and there. You're young, enthusiastic and loaded for bear with recovery agents. I'll support whatever decision you make. With strength jumping like this though, do take care to be mindful that at some point... the body will require some additional rest to deal with these growing total tonnage stresses you're delivering.

Well so far ive been mostly going around 1 on 1 off.I wanna go harder than that...take maximum advantage of all the stuff im using.
