one question, how could i incorporate other stretching movements into my workout. seated rows, incline curls, close grip decline etc?

Also, once i complete the 5 workouts and get a new 1 rep max, do i start the german loading pattern?

You may incorporate the loaded stretches just about anywhere, but ideally in your EDT blocks if using them..
On the GLP, take 2-3 days off after workout #5, then begin!

workout #3
bench - 165 x 3 pullovers - 50 x 4
squat - 165 deadlift - 170 x 4
EDT: curls/skull crushers - 70!
1 x 6
1 x 5
1 x 3
1 x 2
1 x 2
1 x 1
It was a little ambitious but i figured what the hell, why not try 70.
70 is a record too. ive never been able to curl 70 more than a couple times. There was also a set or two were i didnt get as many reps for skull crushers as curls.
e-bol = 6:30, 5:45, workout at 6:30, 7:00, 10:00
weight update - 170 thats +2 and im only 11 days into it i think

Ya its not that i havent reached 70 before, just that i havent gotten so many reps with it.
On a side not, i went to the doctor today because of my eye, turns out i have pink eye. I dont think this is going to affect me all that much just wanted to be postitive that the medication isnt going to interfere with anything.
called - Ciprofloxacin Opththalmic solution. - Cirpofloxacin Hyrochloride. Im almost positive this wont have any detrimental effects but i figured why not just in case.

Me, I would up my water intake to the max and get some Arnica gel down at the natural foods store for pink eye.
It will not affect your lifting, so be strong friend.

workout #4 - not so good. The big 3 lifts were fine but after that it kinda fell apart.
bench 145 x 8 pullovers 45 x 8
squat 155 x 8 deadlift 165 x 6
EDT: curls/skullcrushers 70
1x6
1x5
1x5
1x1
seated rows: 235 x 8
incline curls - 25 x 8
I ended there because my forearm was killiing me. I think its partly due to playing so much tennis recently. So i decided to end it at the 4th set and just due one set of rows and incline curls. i ll be sure to take 3 days off as well.

Good call on the 3 days off and do try to scale back the other activities. Now the good news here is this... the big barbell lifts are the ones that really matter
