Not too sure my friend. I have the accumeasure caliper, but I think you have to test like three spots or some shit. I'm going to take a skin fold and final weigh in b4 famine tomorrow morning. Then I'm going to camp so updates will be nil til Saturday/Sunday.

I don't waste alot of time with this. Don't get me wrong, it's important but really, here's all you need:

- skinfold measurements at 3 sites; chest, abdomen and thigh (mm)
- take the sum
- compare it to scale weight

Ideal is to have your weight stay the same while skinfolds come down. I never even look at %'s. If my weight goes up but the skinfolds do too...something's wrong and I re-evaluate.

Even simpler:

Tape measure making bigger circle around the abdomen but not the arms/chest/thighs? Something's wrong :)

Work out was ok, felt good to lift again, didn't sleep well at all. Lots on my plate right now. Stress is beneficial now tho I suppose :?

Alright, so I thought everything was going a little to easy with the famine....
Then I did workout #2... just weak weak weak....

Went something like this...

Wide/Close/Inc/Dec/ Grip Bench / Seated Shoulder Press

135x8 25x8
135x7 25x8
115x8 25x6
105x8 15x8

Close Declines 105x8
Skulls 40x8
Tri-Pushdowns 50x8

Almost blacked out on pushdowns and felt nauseated/light headed after the DB presses. Not looked forward to much more now. Pretty sure I smelt some protein breakdown during the workout.

Ate super clean, no cheats. Not even any bread or beer. Fruits/Veggies/Nuts

Macros for the weekend...

Thanks Mass,
My life would be better if I was sitting on all the pills you are

Weight: 137.8 (145.2) (7 pound difference )
SF: 4mm (4mm) (4mm Difference)
HR: 60 BPM (55BPM) (Up 5 Beats)

Feel like puke.
