Day 17 of feast (day 20 0verall)
Today is the day the achieve the 1 rep max!!!
My shoulder is still a little bit hurt after 2 days of rest....
The max bench today is around 175lbs~ ....~~~ looking forward to add more on this~! followed by db pullover 70*5 and wide grip bench press 135*6
I then did a EDT with pullups and weighted dips~

After this, I did dead lifts, i pulled 215lbs*3 , no problem~.. will definitely shoot for a better BP next time!

Day 19 of Feast ~ GLP #1
My max bench is 175lbs~..
today I did:
90*10(close grip), 95*10 (wide grip), 105*8 ( close grip), 115*8 (wide grip), 125*8 (regular), 135*8 (regular)
each set followed by db pullover 50*6

dips+pullups~ (focused on bottom strenth)
db lateral rise+ bent over lateral rise~

it was a pretty good workout~

Day 20 of feast~ GLP #1 on Dead lifts~
Today's workout was pretty tough~ i think this might because i didnt have my intrabolic with me...
my max dead lift is around 235lbs
I thus followed the % on workout 1, with 1-2 lbs more ( since sometimes the target weight is like 172..and i can only get 175 in the gym)
also,
I did seated cable row and tri extension. 8)

Great going Dean!

The Loading pattern gets very intense very quickly, so do feel free to insert an extra rest day where warranted.

Day 24 of feast ~ GLP #2 on bench
Today the energy level was high~ my shoulders and elbow gets recovered quite a bit.
flat bench:
85*10, 105*8, 115*6, 125*6, 135*6, 150*6
I alternated between close grip and wide grip with the last two set using regular grip.
I got through these with no problem at all. :wink:

After benching, I did some dips in slow motion and also shoulder presses
finished up with tri extension ~
