When I won the TQ, I reached for my last old bottle that I had. Took 2 caps before bed for 5 nights, took the weekend off and now I am at 1 cap before bed. After I will take a week off and restart the same pattern with the new formula. I might go back and forth between the 2 formulas to evaluate the differences.
