Long time no post. I did keep up until the end of GLP1 and then some. Stopped posting as I was also logging in fitocracy+myfitnesspal, and didn't have questions here.
My bench went up a bit. My squat is still shit (but a physio has helped me slowly figure out why). But I did get a new focus on sticking to a plan no matter what.
Muscle mass went up a bit, though fat went up quite a bit too since I was going overboard on the food.
Deciding what to do next.
