Just a question: In your feast bridge workouts, you are doing an EDT block auf Incline DB press and seated leg press. Never seen that combination before, I always thought that EDT blocks were supposed to include 2 antagonistic muscle groups.

Is that part of your customized plan? I kinda like it, because when I did 2 EDT blocks during my bridge workouts (1. Incline DB / T-Bar rows, 2. Romanian DL / leg press), I felt it was a little too much. Thinking about just doing Incline DB / T-Bar, but your version would include something for the upper AND the lower body, which I like.
Yup. Went back and checked and that's how Rob set it up. There is definately a point of diminishing returns with some of these set ups and there is a point where u/we have to use our own judgement. As long as the antagonistic muscle is equally trained at some point I guess its ok. For example, for me I am findind the static holds at the end of my workout to be a bit too much. I might change the frequency to every other workout, or basically twice a month. It would even be nice to find a way to do them with a machine. Ppl truly panic when they see me doing decline bench press static holds. Just to calm everyone I now do them in the squat cage with safety pins in place AND chains (spud suspension straps). They're dangerous bro, even if only lifting 2 inches.

I've noted intense fasticulations the days after doing a static hold, no doubt due to the intense stress they put on the CNS. I guess the random jumping and tremors of the sarcomeres might mean that the signaling pathways along the motor units are fried and crossed, kinda like when wires inside a plug in the wall start to touch each other. Whatever it means, its not pleasant and for ME I take it as a sign of over training.

Hey Dragon, any updates? I see you were doing well! How are using Craze and GammaGH these days?

Also, what does "fasticulations" mean?

Things r good and I'm already onto the second loading pattern. My internet has been down so I'm typing this on my less than equiped cell phone right now. I have however been logging everything with pen and paper and I should be able to post it all on Monday or Tuesday.
