Should have the cruise finished end of next week, will probably continue to do a 5x5 workout for awhile after till I can afford KA again.

Haven't forgotten... finished last cruise day today. Will get measurements and such this weekend and my review will be posted shortly. Once again, having trouble finding pants that fit... The AE jeans that I bought towards the beginning of this second run don't fit in the waist but are tight in the legs. Pretty outstanding results.
Preparing for a third run, I think I'll do KA and Adaptogen N this time around. Have some questions that I'll PM you Rob since they are regarding the formula.

After two runs measurements are:
Weight: 176.4
Fat: 12.6%
Waist: 32
Calf: 15.5
Neck: 16
Forearm: 12
Bicep: 15
Quad: 22.5
Hips: 38
Chest: 41.5
Shoulders 48.5
