Feast Workout #3 today, think I went to light on thje EDT block, I will definately increase next time.

Workout #3

BP - 265 X6
Pull overs - 55 x 6

Sq- 245 x 6
DL - 160 X 6

EDT Block-

Incline Db - 45lbs 1x6,2x6,3x6,4x6,5x6,6x6
T-Bar- 80bs 1x6,2x6,3x6,4x6,5x6,6x5

Static Ab Crunches - 185

Calorie intake 15% of bw , 225g of protien

Static Ab Crunches - 185 x 3

Calorie intake 15% x bw , 225g of protien

Workout #5

BP - 275 X1
Pull overs - 60 x 5

Sq- 295 x 1
DL - 205 X 5

EDT Block-

Hack Squat - 160lbs 1x6,2x6,3x6,4x6,5x6,6x6
Seated Leg Press- 180bs 1x6,2x6,3x6,4x6,5x6,6x6

Static Ab Crunches - 185 x 3
Weighted ab machine - 35 x 3

Not bad for a 150lb guy,lol. Thought I could get a little more on BP, but i'm happy with the total outcome!!!! :D Taking a couple days off then starting GLP#1.

Thanks for all the support so far, yes, these are new PR's :D

BP from up 10lbs ( heavist I've ever lifted, awsome!!)
SQ from 225 to 295 ( Major improvement on SQ!!!! ) Never really worked legs hard but love it now.
Even dead lifts went up......

I'm happy,I'm happy,lol :lol:

Great job! Dont be surprised when your bench goes up another 25+ and your squat goes up 30 or 40+... My first run did. Im sure yours will too! Especially now that you are training your legs. You will get the hang of it and really bump up there.

I noticed a previous workout you did 265 * 6 reps and then did your max at 275. Did you have a bad day maxing, or was that 265x6 a typo? Either way, good lifts!

Trust me It's not a typo, I had no spotter on the day I was doing my 1RM, and barely squeezed off the 1 rep, I did not take a rest day in between the last few workouts and it definately showed on my BP. The day I Benched 265 for 6 reps felt good, Goes to show you how important rest is. Thanks for the praise!
