First workout of Cruise. I'm changing up my exercises a bit to hit some different muscles and different angles, as well as to keep from getting bored. I'm using the 5X5 scheme also, which worked well for me in my last Cruise.

I did Cable Bench @ 120 lbs 5X5, Machine Shoulder Press @ 185 lbs 5X5, Close-grip Bench @ 185 lbs 5X5, and Machine Preacher Curls @ 125 lbs 5X5. Threw in a few sets of abs at the end.

Overall it was a pretty easy and straightforward workout. I'll ramp up the intensity next time.

The best news is my weight has finally jumped after stalling for several weeks. I'm not sure why it took so long, but I did lose a lot more on famine this time-8 lbs-and had a hard time gaining that back. But the last 2 weeks my body seems to have compensated at last and I'm up to 179.2.

I almost wonder if some of my problem didn't happen with the nasty storm that hit 3 weeks ago and dumped over a foot of snow on us. I had to shovel for over 3 hours over a period of 2 days. I think that, along with the intensity increasing in GLP 1 caused me to overtrain, even though I was still making my lifts.

Cruise delivers pleasant surprises such as this, yes? :)

GREAT work...

2nd workout of Cruise is finished. Hit it with decent intensity, but didn't want to go too crazy, since I haven't done some of these exercises in a month or two.

Legs Curls 155 lbs 5 X 5
Machine Leg Press 400 lbs 5 X 5
Low Rows 230 lbs 5 X 5
Behind Back Shrugs 185 lbs 3 X 5
Seated Calf Raises 185lbs 3 X 5
Finished off with 8 sets of various Ab exercises.

Next Cruise workout is in 2 days-upper body again, so will increase the weight and intensity.

Just finished 3rd workout of Cruise and I was definitely able to use more weight than I had the previous time.

Machine Cable Chest Press-120lbs 5 X 6
Machine Shoulder Press 200lbs 5 X 5
Close-grip Bench 195lbs 5 X 5
Machine Preacher Curls 140lbs 5 X 5
Finished with 10 sets of Abs

Everything is going well. I'm trying to ramp up the weights without going too crazy all at once. I did that on legs a few months ago and I think it shot my nervous system as I kind of crapped out until I took a week off before starting this round of the Blueprint.

Did my 4th Cruise workout today-weights still going up nicely.

Leg Curls 170 lbs 5 X 5
Machine Leg Press 420 lbs 5 X 5
Low Rows 245 lbs 5 X 5
Behind-back Shrugs 205 lbs 3 X 8
Seate Calf Raises 205 lbs 3 X 8
Finished with Abs

My recovery seems very good right now. Still using The Formula intra-workout and still on Bioforge. Have also been using some regular Creatine as well.
