TERRIFIC work Beefcake!!!

Not sore at all? What do you attribute that to? Also, with respect to goals and what's possible, you're going to read some things in 3.0 that will BLOW YOUR MIND!

Anything is possible!

Believe it!!![/b]

Thanks!

And about the not sore at all...
Yesterday evening my pecs/shoulders began to get sore, but they're not crippling sore like I'd expect them to be. My legs today are quite sore but only to the degree that my pecs became. It was a brutal leg workout, though.. I will post the deets soon (editing in the last post). I also didn't hit my calorie goals yesterday (only 1800 instead of 2400). So I'm more sore...

Not being sore I attribute to:
1) Copious amounts of BCAAs
2) DTS NitroMine (...yes, it gets rid of my DOMs significantly)
3) ...Ecdysterone..?

I've only been on HumanaSport for a few days now (I've been dosing it 3x/day instead of 2x like the label says...) so I can't really be sure if it's kicking in quite yet. I figure by the end of the week I'll have a good idea about it.

Yesterday(Jan 12):
Rest Day.

Weigh in: 66.2kg (145.64lbs)
Sleep: ...4-5 hours :(

Calories= 1340
Protein = 101g

Bad me.
I can't just pound back protein shakes because I'm still trying to figure out my stomach issues! I wouldv'e had a double shot to get my protein in a respectable range, but I had one in the evening and frankly I didn't want to push it!

Good news = Myofusion Chocolate Mint sample is delicious, and I mixed it with chocolate soy milk and a bit of almond milk, and it was delicious and didn't give me much in the way of stomach cramps!

Bump.

Feast Day 7 - Workout Day
Thursday, January 13, 2011

GST Pull Day
Core: 3 sets, 1xAMRAP, 2x1rep @90% 1RM
Supps: 2-3 sets, 15-20 reps

Core: Rack Chinups - BWx1.5(no assist)PR, 8, 6
Supp 1: Bentover BB Rows - 75lbsx15, 15
Supp 2: High Pulls - 55lbsx15, 20
Supp 3: WPT: Hack Squat - 135lbsx15, 10

My wrists started hurting... I had to put on the hooks for the hack squats, and it cut off circulation on my arms, and the chinups and rows really destroyed my forearms

I have SNS's Phenibut XT and powdered GABA at home... I took 4 caps of Phenibut XT last night and right before passing out (30-60 minutes later) I took 4 or 5 grams of GABA.....

I don't remember hitting my snooze button 6-7 times.. but apparently I did. Had the alarm set for 4:41, so I hit snooze once (are they all 9 minutes?), sleep till 4:50 and get up... I remember doing that first part, and then I hear the alarm going off again and I look at the clock and it says 5:47... I was like WTF..... Double checked my phone time to make sure I didn't accidentally set the clock forward when I reset the alarm at any point... yep... so i missed my 45 minutes of cardio this morning. Punishment: I walked to work... again.

So today theres something in the middle of my forearm (right arm, the un-broken wrist arm) that's KILLING me... it doesn't feel like muscle soreness. It's kind of like a tight carpal tunnel feelin or something being squeezed... now that i think of it, it's right below/around where the lower forearm muscle is (palm side up, midway of the forearm, where the muscle slopes down towards the wrist)... Maybe I did pull it? I'm not sure. But it sucks. I hope it goes away soon.

First, ID the movement(s) that may be causing it.

Next, get on Super Cissus Rx pronto. Finally, consider adding just ONE extra rest days between workouts.

That should take care of it.... :)

Hope that helps!!

it's like right in the middle of the forearm, I think it may be a pulled muscle... it's been a bitch all day.

I cant push, pull, twist, or put my hand in a pushup-kinda position without PAIN.

I got my MASS order today though!

And I do need some good joint stuff... I've been hearing a lot about that Super Cissus Rx but it's pricey

I think I'm going to start Adaptogen N tonight.... How many should I take?
I may start doing the Kre-Anabolyn too, but i don't have to worry about that till workout days right?

I also have Burn It Up, should I save that for cruise or just take it when I need some energy?

And I had some issues with my order, I won't mention them here but I have contacted askmass (via PM) to see what to do about it...

I got the free shirt but it's a little big.. lol

The planet sells it bulk and it's like half the price. They also sell their own brand of bulk cissus and it's even cheaper. Not sure if they ship to Canada though.
