You did it man!

Congratulations!! Now listen, I want you to go to your favorite buffet OK? The goal is a one year ban (minimum) given your ridiculous food intake vs. price paid. Ideally, I'd like to see a lifetime ban.

Report back and let me know how it goes :) Welcome to Gainseville!!

Unfortunately it'll be my own buffet :). I requested chicken fajitas for dinner tomorrow night! I told her I'd have "like 15 of them" lol :p. I'd probably take up the buffet challenge, but honestly I live in a town with ~15,000 people. There aren't any buffet's like that here.

That's OK. You can still make a name at your local restaurant. Keep it to just one though.

You'll need somewhere to go after the ban takes effect :)

To think I'd be sick of eating so quickly after famine, lol. I added up everything I ate today, so a diet update:

Cals: 1962
Fat: 57 grams
Carb: 278 grams
Pro: 96 grams

Should I aim to lower carbs and increase protein? I still have a good 6 hours of time to eat. I don't plan to keep a log of my meals/calorie intake, but thought it may be a good idea to check once or twice a week to make sure I'm hitting the numbers appropriately.

Yeah man you definately need to get your protein UP there.

If you're taking in around 300g of carbs daily, suggest about 150g of Protein to compliment it....

Home-made shakes, thermos' etc. are your friends!

Hope that helps.

Well, I had some cereal this morning. The bag had just been staring me in the face all morning, and about 75 carbs came from that. So really, my protein would have been pretty close to carbs had I not eaten it.

Not sure what type of cereal, but consider the following:

BEST SOLUTION: Steel cut old fashioned oats with a dab of natural PB, some generic chocolate WPC (you wouldn't want to heat a cold processed product like MassPro) and a dash of cinnamon with some blueberries/raspberries sprinkled on top.

Mmmmmmmm :)

The cereal was the bad processed kind, but I had been craving it for a few weeks. Just couldn't resist and I was about to have eggs/hashbrowns/toast, unfortunately had no bacon. And speaking of breakfast, I forgot about the 4 eggs that I didn't include in the calculations of yesterday, which would've boosted up the protein by 28 grams or so.

Ah, first lifting day today! Pretty excited although seems to be a bit of a slow morning for me. Weighed in for the first time since I started Feast:

190.4 (+1.8)

Can't wait to see how I'm going to do today :o. Also, should Adaptogen N be taken on an empty stomach (2 hours after eating) or does it not matter?

Best for AskMass to chime in.

In practice (and this is just my OPINION). I feel empty stomach is best...

So happy, you're happy :)

Was so excited all day until I got in the gym lol. I knew I shouldn't have went that high but felt like I could do it and didn't come anywhere near the reps. Also, my squat was super low but my static hold was super high? Not sure how that worked out and would like an opinion on what you think happened there.

Feast w/o #1:

Bench: 215x6 (6th rep had help on, was an error with weight on my part)
DB Pullover: 70x8

DB Incline press: 70x5x5x5x5x5 (25)
DB single arm row: 70x6x6x5x5x5 (27)

Squat: 225x2, 205x8 (realized the 225x8-10 wasn't going to happen)
Dimel DL: 105x10

SLDL: 185x5x5x5x5x5 (25)
Hack Squat?: 135x5x5x5x5x5 (25)

Squat SH: 315x10 seconds, 385x10 seconds (PR)

The hack squats were done on the leg press? I'm not sure if I have the correct name for it. Was kind of like an angled squat on there. I had about half my foot on the platform pushing with my heels, as I've never done the exercise before. As for the static holds, I could've went up to 405 pretty easy imo. I'll always do the static holds on the smith machine, as my squat rack at the gym has safety bars at hip levels and a mirror off to the right. I don't feel it's safe to be unsafe there :p, so will always do SH on the smith machine.

PM sent.

15 min of fasted HIIT this morning on this "gazelle" machine. Seems a bit worthless and will look into another form of doing it, as I was going as fast as I could on there but still wasn't quite a "sprint" worthy event. I started at a 15/45 and ended at 25/35 split after a few minutes.
