Another EDT only Workout seems to be my Monday routine now

You know, the extended cruise sometimes is the place to be. You can still make great gains during Cruise too, as you're proving right here!

Today was heavy chest day

I usually pyramid on my way up to my max on the bench but today I tweaked something in my left elbow on my 2nd rep of 315, I backed down to 295 then 275 still had pain finished with 225x5 and was getting worried so I went lighter for my tris and didn't noticed discomfort , moved to my rows and had pain again

Seems to hurt when i straighten my arm and rotate my wrist so i will probably have to go lighter for a few weeks over all good work out burned around 600 cals

Great work Hank, as always.

All you new guys, study Hank. Not just his workouts but his intuitive psychology that drives them. Much to be learned here. Very much...

Thanks for always delivering the goods Hank. For every guy that rips me off with a bounced check (happens here and there), I think of you. Brings me some peace...

Too bad about the elbow Hank. Injuries suck, but all the greats have a list of gym injuries. Reading your log again you are kickin some major ass and that BP is down right awesome.
Rob~bounced checks.....really? The BP nation is widley spread if you need someone knee capped in my area you let me know.
