I just got my maroon one with my last order. pretty excited to get it pumpin. Morning Weight: 197.0 - can you say water retention?
Goal by April 1st: 192
Sickness and sore teeth are taking their toll.
I just had to grit my teeth and get through the workout though. Diet is back on track and I am tightening the belt, so to speak, from here on out. I am gonna have to deal with the pain until after my meet, then take a week off to get my wisdoms out.
Got myself a rubber mouthguard to use so I can grit my teeth without killing mahself.
Seeking temporary pain relief options now, we'll see what pans out.

Found a solution to the problem with my teeth, still hurts when I get a headrush, but:

I was ON IT today. Woke up this morning having shed a drop more water weight, mental discipline is back on point and I wasn't hurting too much during my workout. I altered the shieko routine a bit so I could hit a couple of my openers (Squat 460 and Bench 315) - I got them both with pretty good barspeed and depth, etc. I was surprised how cleanly I got the squat considering my recent weightloss.. that APA world record may be mine to take after all
