Your EDT workouts looks pretty beast, maybe I should give them a try.
If you aint feeling the DAA I recommend you to split your doses up as much as possible and if you still dont feel it then I recommend testforce, great product.
Whats your opinion on ASGT?

Cookie after i took your advice and went to 6gms I started feeling it for sure
Aggression/Libido and some pimples & better mood
AGST is a pretty interesting it seems to get better as i take it longer. Not a big jolt of stims but focus is really decent. Get a really good pump stand alone
Taste is odd but not bad kind of like a strange tea of sorts with cinnamon
I stacked it with some Presurge last week and HOLY HELL I craked out reps with the 120lbs dumbells like never before

This is just a hunch but I'm betting there are plenty of 20 year olds in your gym that can't keep up with you Hank..
Am I right?

I was just lookin through some old notes and decided to get an arm measurement this morning
Back when I started my second run at the end of May my arms were
17.5 flexed I measure this AM before work and measured 18inches!
That means since my 1st BP (March 15) run to today i have gained 1.5inches in my arms/ bench has gone from around 235 to 295lbs x2
My weight is a constant 254
I have been in sort of a cruise for about 8 weeks now planning on another run later this month. Currently having some time management issues which are kind of preventing me from committing 100% at the moment

Hank, I am so happy for you!
Those are fantastic gains. If I could put you in a before/after Bluerpint ad I would!! Amazing stuff. Absolutely amazing!!
But alas, something far greater here has been achieved: Your health and happiness is greater today thank it was before The Blueprint.
And I am certainly not taking all of the credit, but if you think the BP contributed in some small way....... then I am honored to be a part of it.
I'm sure AskMass/MASS is too as I know you use many of their product..
SURPRISED MYSELF

I had the day off today and finally got over to this really fancy GYM uh I mean "WELLNESS COMPLEX" around the corner from my house today.
The place is huge and state of the art but what intrigued me was the fact they have a sound weight room where the music is loud and of the rock variety.
I ran a few laps on the indoor track to warm up then messed with some of the lifting machines not Hammer or Cybex I mean fancy. I got nice and warmed up and went to the PIT (loud sound proof free weight room)
Full Power Rack check
Two Olympic Lifting Platforms check
Flat Bench
Incline
Decline
Oh my I was getting excitied
I decided to do some bench in the power rack
warm up 135 x10
185x8
225x6
275x3
295x2
took about a 5 min break then loaded 305lbs 2Reps this is a PR
Loaded 315lbs and did a static hold for a good 10-15 secs
LOADED 325lbs got 2 REPS! absolute PR I dont know if it was timing my mood or what it felt great
I WAS flabbergasted and overjoyed
Then Rack Pull
This gym has skinny 45lbs all metal plates so I loaded up 7 per side
675lbs rack pull 5-7 secs
need to work on grip even wrapped the slid out..Rob wanna sell those hooks cheap?
I was so jacked from all the prs i did 50 push ups and a bunch of other crap really awesome
the only down side is this WELLNESS FACILITY is $70 a month

Hell yeah Hank! That's FANTASTIC.
Sure. The hooks are all yours. Tell you what... $10.
That should cover postage and more than my cost of gas to get to the post office. PM me your address and they're yours. Least I can do for you man....
