Sheiko #37 Day 7

Switched over to a full day of lowbar squats for the first time ever today. I definitely found the sweet spot on my back. Hopefully this switch can generate 20-30 lbs on my 1RM, we shall see :D

Needless to say though.. upper back is toasted and VERY bruised.

Solid workout today - actually got one of the trainers from my gym to join me for the first half. Interestingly enough - having a partner along for the ride seemed to speed up the pace quite a bit. I am definitely a fan. He is probably going to be joining me for the first half of my wednesday workouts from now on!

FINALLY cleared through week 3. This is the most intense week of sheiko 37 and MAN is my body reflecting it. Today was just brutal. Never before have my hip flexors been so sore.

In other news - I've developed some seriously nasty broken blood vessels on top of what was a pimple on my back. its pretty disgusting. and hurts like hell.Thank you low bar squats!

Three weeks out as of today

man.. the excitement is starting to set in.

Another boring cardio day today with a bit of triceps thrown in, also threw around a football for a while with one of my buds. Got some sun.

Pics are likely incoming next week as I see myself dropping into the 195's!

Good things coming guys, deloading starts in 8 days!

Started doing some foam rolling on my left hip flexor and maaan it feels good.

Oddly large drop in weight today.. was 196.4 yesterday and woke up 195.0 today.. fluctuations are usually up, not down. who knows.
