thats the reason ive been saving all my food for the end of the day. i was hoping a meal that large would fill me up the rest of the night, but its been less successful than id hoped. i really havent been that hungry throughout the day though, i only think about food after ive eaten it seems.

random thought before i forget about it:

for my feast phase GLP workouts, could i skip the first edt block with db incline bench and t-bar rows and perhaps superset the GLP sets with rows? i feel like thats what i did with my first run but cant remember. then i could do an edt block for bis and tris. good idea?

its finally over... i feel sick like i did a body cleanse and all the toxins in my body are in my bloodstream or something. all day my heart rate has been jumping up whenever ive gotten up from just sitting. id say im where i should be for the next phase.

squat- 95x5, 135x12, 135x12, 135x12, 95x12, 95x12
t-bar rows- 5512, 55x12, 45x12, 25x8, 25x8

i couldnt pull anymore with the t-bar rows. it wasnt even the weight, it was the motion.

preacher curl- 45x12, 45x12
standing ez bar curl- 45x12
incline db curl- 20x6, 15x12

for the standing and incline curls i had to pause and breathe a lot in between reps. again i got to a point where i just couldnt do the motion.

Answer to your question is yes Matt, no problem.

And the hard part is now OVER. Yeah you did detox. And no it isn't pleasant but again, over :)

breakfast was 2 slices of white bread and 2 tbsp peanut butter 400 calories
dinner was 4 small slices of pizza with no crust, 2 pieces honey oat bread and light cream cheese ~1000 calories
snack was 5 mini reeses 225 calories

yesterday-
took ebol and fish oil before breakfast
breakfast was 1 scoop whey with greens mix, 6 eggs with veggies and a hashbrown
early lunch was a naked burrito with chicken, corn, black and kidney beans, shredded cheese, salsa verde, and pico de gallo
early afternoon i took ebol and fish oil
snack was 1 scoop whey with greens mix
small dinner was a chicken flatbread sandwich
late night took ebol and fish oil
2nd dinner was boneless wings

today-
ebol and fish oil before breakfast
breakfast was 1 scoop whey and greens mix, 4 eggs, sample scoop of big blend protein and a serving of salt and pepper cashews
took ebol and fish oil mid afternoon
lunch was 2 sample packs of big blend, serving of cashews and 4 mini reeses
random snack was 2 snickers bars someone gave me
took ebol and fish oil at night
late dinner was mac n cheese and boneless wings

before dinner tool ebol and fish oil with 1 scoop greens
dinner was pulled buffalo chicken, mac n cheese, and a sample of big blend
ill take ebol and fish oil later tonight and 1 solution 5, 1 scoop trutein and half a serving of cashews before bed

im trying to get my sleep schedule back to normal, it became a bit erratic the week before thanksgiving with the amount of work i had. but for the most part im getting a solid 7+ hours of sleep a night. i still have my pills plus some melatonin and some natural stuff my dad bought me that i use very sparingly. im trying to use the medication as little as possible. i started EC today so hopefully that wont hurt me.
im also going to be using pump-bol as my preworkout for this run and im interested to see if the additional blood flow and nutrient transport from the nitrates will benefit me on this cut/recomp. im also starting the calorie cycling today with 2600-2800 calories on training days and 2400 on non training days for the next 2 weeks.

took EC, fish oil and ebol before breakfast
breakfast was 1 scoop whey with greens mix and 6 eggs scrambled ~480 calories
preworkout i took pump-bol
intra i drank 2 scoops ONE, 12g 4:1:1 BCAAs, 5g citrulline malate ~120 calories
pwo was 1 sample packet of hydrowhey, 1 tbsp natty peanut butter, and ebol ~220 calories
lunch was 1 scoop greens mix, 3 turkey burgers, 4/5 of a grilled cheese and tomato on wheat ~900 calories
dinner was a small amount of sweet and sour chicken, some stir fry vegetables, about 1/3 of a chicken breast, 1 scoop whey, and 2 mini reeses ~500 calories
take ebol and fish oil at night
before bed ill have 1 scoop solution 5, 1 scoop trutein, and 2/3 serving of cashews ~400 calories

rather sub-par workout today. my triceps died real quick so i left them out of the edt block.

bench- 110x10, 135x5, 160x8
db pullovers- 55x8

EDT block 1
incline db bench- 55x6, 55x4, 55x3
t-bar rows- 90x6, 90x6, 90x6

EDT block 2
preacher curl- 75x6, 75x6, 75x4

no bench for me to do the incline db curls so i did preacher curl. i left off the static hold because i couldnt remember if i was supposed to incorporate it here or wait until i started the glp. ill make sure i get it in next workout.

before lunch i took ebol and fish oil
lunch was 1 scoop of greens, buffalo chicken tenders, a cookie and 1 scoop whey ~700 calories
dinner was 1/3 of a lemon chicken breast, and the chicken and some veggies out of a chicken pot pie, 2 servings of cashews, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop myofusion ~700 calories
ill take ebol and fish oil late
before bed will be 1 scoop solution 5, 1 scoop trutein, and 2/3 serving of cashews ~400 calories

How are you finding the E/C this time around? Jitters a factor at all/contribute to any sleep difficulties?

ive only been taking one dose a day so far and havent had any jitters or sleeping problem due to it. its been clean steady energy.
i do have a hectic schedule between now and next thursday so for the next week my sleep wont be great. i was up late last night and skipped breakfast to get some extra sleep this morning. if im tired tonight after class then ill push my leg workout until tomorrow night after class.

took EC, ebol and fish oil before class
brought a shake with 1 scoop greens, 1 scoop whey, and 1 scoop myofusion and s serving of cashews to class. ~440 calories
early lunch was a naked burrito with chicken, black and pinto beans, corn, some shredded cheese, olives, and pico de gallo ~700 calories
took ebol ad fish oil before dinner
dinner was buffalo tenders, most of a cookie, and 1 scoop whey with greens ~800 calories
later ill have ebol and fish oil
before bed 1 scoop solution 5, 1 scoop trutein, 1 serving cashews ~440 calories
