Made it through the famine phase. Lost about 6 lbs in those days and appear visible leaner in the mirror.

Also started the ebol at the recommended dose, loaded up with 20 g of creatin mono, and consumed 20g of BCAA.
Any chance of starting training before those 72 hours? Can't wait to get right back to training
