SQ#2 was fairly easier, but today the weight goes back up. Knee is bugging me a little bit from the running/wrestling I've been doing, but I'll let you know how I hit it in a few hours when I get back home.
Upper body day #3 was on Saturday, and that went great. Got challenging at the end, but I still pumped out every rep on my own.

DESTROYED my leg workout today. Definitely a hard workout, but I nailed my squats. I was also glad to see that even though today was the heaviest day so far, my knee didn't bother me a bit. That's probably in part due to not running over the weekend. I'm going to go ahead and order Cissus anyway though. I want to go ahead and take care of it before my knee starts acting up.
As an aside, I'll also note that I have made the executive decision to up my calories. I really want this run to turn out well, but with the energy level I've had recently... well, it's ok when I'm just cutting for wrestling, but not when I'm trying to build strength. I don't plan to put them ALL the way back up to where they were over the summer, but I think I'll bump it up a couple hundred calories, and deal with the cutting later. I'm already having a hard time taking wrestling as seriously this year, especially with our current [s]coach[/s] supervision.
Looking forward to upper body day #4, either tomorrow or the next day.

Both upper-day#4 and lower-day#4 went well. Still haven't missed a single rep this run. Had a little bit of knee pain after squats, wrestling, and running today, but my Cissus should be here soon anyway. Looking forward to upper-day #5 tomorrow.

Upper and lower day #5 are both completed, and I still haven't missed a rep. Squats today got pretty tough, but still got through them with good form. I cut my workout short and just did a few sets of heavy deadlifts instead of my EDT blocks since my wrestling coach scheduled a last-minute practice; fortunately I had time to lift beforehand so I was able to put my energy into that. Even
after lifting today, I had an awesome practice. Legs were pretty beat, but we did a drill where we start with one person in the middle of the mat (usually me), and then have elimination rounds, starting with the heaviest guy. We stop at the first takedown, the winner stays in the middle. I wrestled 11 kids consecutively, starting from 220 all the way down to 135; I took down everyone on the team. Overall a pretty good day

Wow, that is a good day!
How was workout 5? Any new PR's??

No new PRs yet, but on workout 7 I should hit one on bench press. (if following the formula "weight * ( reps * 0.033 + 1 )" ). So hopefully sometime this week!

Upper and lower body workouts #6 are both completed. Still no missed reps, but with how much I've been wrestling, squats were
tiring today. Finished all my reps well, but I ended up just putting the weight down a little on my EDT blocks, so it also eased up on my knee. I'm about halfway done with Feast now, and upper body day #7 is tomorrow, where I'll come pretty close to a PR

Sorry it's been so long since my last update. I've been kept busy as hell recently. Been keeping up with my work outs though! Today was upper body day #9. Everything upper body has been going perfect. Broke my PR for a 3-rep max today at 175... and did it for four sets in a row. I haven't been quite as successful with my lower body days though
Just a couple days after my last update, I came close to sacrificing both my knees for a couple of points while wrestling. As of right now, they both feel fine, but on lower body day #7, being a heavier day, I ended up having to bump the weight down by about 20lbs on my last two sets. Lower body day #8 went fine, since it was a little bit lighter anyway, so we'll see how #9 goes tomorrow.
One thing I especially noticed today was that my biceps feel waaay stronger. Which is a nice surprise, given the size (or lack thereof) on my arms
As an aside, I'm thinking about modeling my next run (probably will have to wait a few months, due to wrestling) around bis, tris, and/or shoulders. Is this feasible?

I spent this last weekend in Boston, and had no gym access
Upper body day #10 was on the 21st, and and #11 was yesterday (25th). I thought the weekend would give my knees a good rest, but I think that the time I spend wrestling/running is making it way worse. I can cut the running down a little, but the wrestling is definitely mandatory. If my knees get any better I'll try and work my way through lower body day #9, but I'm strongly considering just taking a few days off, and then maxing out squats so that I can just focus on upper body and wrestling/running.
Everything is still running without flaw for my upper body though!

First, sorry to hear about the knees. Part of the game though... you're doing the best you can.
Your thinking is spot on in terms of everything else...MAX it out! The time is now...
Confused on "modeling"? You mean male modeling or modeling your next run after this one? Lost me there.
Please clarify and I'll let you know

The day I maxed out on bench press, my internet went down! Still been kept busy with school and college apps., so I just got around to getting it fixed today. I maxed out at 215! That's just slightly above the 10% increase the GLP2 reaches, and my first time to break 200, so I feel accomplished. I really would've liked to hit 225, but I've really been having to cut calories down these last couple of weeks, after gaining several pounds out of nowhere. I got all the way up to 158, but now I'm already back down to 152, and hoping to get at least to 145 by the end of November. I could probably get away with wrestling at 135 later in the season... but I really don't feel like cutting that much, and it would probably end up damaging my performance anyway.
As far as squats... I went and saw a doctor after my knees kept giving me issues. He said that it's likely that I sprained it again, and that, coupled with mild tendinitis, means I need to avoid heavy lifting on it at least for a few weeks
Pretty disappointed about that, but I'm glad to I get to at least wrestle still.
Aside from my legs it's been a great run! I'll try and come on here occasionally, and post about how my season is going. I'll still probably lift upper body at least once a week, but everything is being switched to endurance/cardio training right now. Even then, it'll just be when I get time between wrestling and school.
Confused on "modeling"? You mean male modeling or modeling your next run after this one? Lost me there.
Both!...Actually I meant modeling my 3rd run
That run will probably start in February, when the season ends. I'm hoping to have some cash saved up by then so that I can stack most of the same supplements that I used over the summer, during my first run (Kreanabolyn, Adaptogen N, etc). Especially with the way our wrestling program is going so far, I'm definitely looking forward to starting my third run. Like I said, I'll post back from time to time, and then I should be back in full force around Feb. Thanks for all your help Rob, and everyone else, in making this a successful run!
