And 500K/day. That is amazing from both a phsyiological and psychological perspective!

Not much to report. Tho not holding as strictly as I should be with this HCG diet, I hit 196 today so down about 15lbs. I'll run it out til the weekend. That's enough! Then a couple weeks to stabilize and recover and then we start the B.P.!

Waiting for our supps order to arrive. Cissus is here and cheapo pulse watch.

Gave up on riding until we get off this diet. Just not enough energy to make it worth while! A few sessions of 'full body' and a few cardio.

Life has kept us real busy. Just counting down the calendar! and working!!

Thanx to all of you blogging out there! It really helps me understand the program more when I can see what others are doing in detail. :D

Great work Duffer. How you do it on those kind of calories.... I dunno :)
