sounds like a PLAN!

how long do you bake them for? And do you just store them in the fridge or out of it in ziplocs? Cold potato sounds.. ehh

i bake em about 25-30 minutes..just test with a fork. Zip lock, or containers either way.

They arent bad cold bro srzly

You can alternately do them in a more thin, chip style.

You'll find these in places like Whole Foods, packaged, too. But, doing it yourself is best (and way more cost efficient).

My problem is eating the whole batch about as soon as I finish one!

We also dry out banana chips and apple too.

A good tip for avocado is to use slices on a sandwich.

Had a turkey, tomato and avocado with fresh basil and seasonings yesterday on toasted spelt bread.

Man, that was a piled high SAMMICH full of flavor and nutrition!
