I stay away from peanut due to SOME research pointing to carcinogenic effects when taken in absurd quantities. Unfortunately, I favor such absurd quantities
Flax/Fish oil would be ideal, although it's very difficult to mask the taste given the amount needed and pricey in that amount.
A nice compromise would be coconut milk. In fact, I'd say start here first as it contains some superior fats (Medium Chain Triglycerides) vs. other oils and imparts some incredible properties that go far beyond just adding calories to the diet..

As to the corn oil? I'll just say that there has not been a bottle of that stuff in my pantry for a good 15 years or more!
I dunno what you mean here.Basically you confused me.I should use cocunut oil instead of olive oil, not in cooking, for putting on mass by adding lots of calories to the diet? Why, just cause its easyier to stomach?
So im looking for a high fat content one right?
Also, what is deemed a bad fat?Saturated? And bad as in its bad for your heart/diet or what?
Thanks.

Rob more or less answered it when referencing MCT's.
Coconut oil and milk is highly nutritious. So is other natural, cold pressed oils from olive, flax and hemp. Fish oil goes without saying.
Other oils that are manufactured and altered for use in high heat frying, like corn and peanut for instance, are about as unhealthy as it gets.
Trans fat city and to be avoided like the plague if you ask me!
We stock a wonderful arctic cod liver oil that has ZERO fish taste because of how it is processed, called 'Ultimate Omega'. Extra virgin olive oil is a taste delight, and Nutiva coconut oil is one of the real unrefined ones I like... 'So Delicious' makes a nice and affordable coconut milk product.
I get my flax from seeds, used in salads and prepared dishes as it is fairly common for the flax oils to be rancid by the time they reach your hands, unfortunately. If you can get Barlean's that has been kept under refrigeration from start to purchase, it is a good one, but I see it out on room temp shelves all the time and just roll my eyes...
