correct me if im wrong but dont we not train on the first 3 days?
so the use of the shake should be after the first 3 days?

You're right, no training at all first 3 day.
I should have clarified, the peri-workout drink is for when your workouts start, not when Feast starts. My apologies..

no problem thanks A TON
by the way i dont want to pack on too many pounds, can i drink skim milk? or does the fat play an important role?

Skim milk is fine. You should be including some fats though given they lend themselves to hormone production and so many other things.
Cholesterol is starter material for test. Roughly:
Cholesterol - Pregnenolone - DHEA - Androstenedione - Androstenediol -Test - sometimes flips back to Adrodiol.
You can see now why lowfat diets put test in the cellar...

in the supersquat diet is it ok if i turned the diet backwards like i start my day off with the gym first thing as i wake up so is it ok to start off with dinner then work my way down to breakfast?

Yes as a matter of fact I practice this myself!
I think it's optimal, any way you look at it. And there are MANY reasons but suffice it to say...
GOOD THINKING!

so im gona do the whey bcaa and maize shake peri and during workout as you mention would there be a post workout shake and what would be ideal?
Posted: Sun May 16, 2010 9:23 pm
by RobRegish
Just the peri-workout is fine. If you can get another 1/2 shake down within 30 min of the workout, go for it!

first day of famine workout
GREAT to be back in the gym but GOD DAMN am i supposed to be this sore?!
Going to have an activia and piece of fruit
by the way i usually drink coffee during my workout it raises metabolism and gives me a lil pump from the caffeine is that ok or does it have a downside to it?

Coffee/caffeine is fine.
Soreness is normal after a little break. Rest up, prepare both mentally and physically. You'll likely "feel" the toxins being released during Famine. It is a difficult but necessary and
healthy exercise...
Right here to support you too

No, provided you're observing the calorie limits you're fine.
