First workout of feast was definitely a success. I was feeling lucky today and tried to hit the squats again, hoping my knees wouldn't hurt. To my surprise they actually felt perfect. I kept it light just to make sure that I didn't hurt any recovery progress I had made, but it's definitely great news.

The incline db/tbar row EDT block was great. Heart was pounding away, but I definitely need to up the weight next time. By the end I was certainly feeling it but I never dipped below the starting 5-6 reps. It's only the first workout though so I have some time to play around with the weights. Tomorrow is a rest day and if all goes according to plan I should be back in the gym on wednesday.

Ebol dosage was spread throughout the day with 2/2/2, while cbol creatine was taken 30 mins before/after workout. I had approximately 4 scoops of Xtend throughout the day, hope thats enough!

Well i finally put up 225 on squats for the first time ever for 3 reps. I definitely could have done more but i was slightly rushed. I'm excited to see what I can max out on, since it's been forever since I've actually done squats consistently. My chest is still lagging behind, I'm only putting up about 165 for 3-4. Hopefully that changes soon!

Diet has been good, eating as much as I can every day, starting the day off with 3-4 eggs and a protein shake. I start my summer job on Monday so hopefully everything will keep on rolling after then. 2 more workouts until I establish my max and then begin the loading phase. Can't wait!

Wow today was the last day before establishing my 1 rep max, and I have to say that I'm very impressed. I previously put up 225 for 3 on squats, and that improved to 225 for 6 today! Bench also slightly improved, with 155 for 4, up from 3. :D

woo 275 max on squat, 175 on bench :).

Considering I weigh in around 150 pounds, I'm pretty happy with those results. Strength keeps going up every day, and I'm not even halfway through!

Yeah Whiz. Awesome work!

Are these both new PR's?

You need the "strength gains keep going up every day, and I'm not even halfway through" verbage on your nolinksplease.com log :)
