Also when I get into the german loading phase. I want to bring my bench up. I get the workouts, but what If I want to work legs and such? Also, what about other body parts such as back, arms, ect?
The template I laid out for you incorporates a separate squat/legs/back day..
I think it you review it you'll see what I'm talking about. On the biceps/triceps, I wouldn't add any additional work. Trust me, with all that pushing-pulling they're going to get one hell of a workout!
