Beefcake, are you saying that you were able to maintain these by-week progressions with 3 intraweek workouts?!

I'm starting out ridiculously light so I should be able to maintain progression for a while... and I have it split up into 2 different workouts, so 1-2 per week

I keep coming back to the Starr 5x5 time and time again.
