im starting a little further back than i anticipated. guess im older than i thought :)

Max BP 170
5x DB pullover 50
Max SQ 225
5x Dimel SQ 225

Monday it begins. Tomorrow is my stepsons 10th birthday. nothing like a little cake to kickoff a bulk :))

typically you would choose 2 main lifts.. squats and bench are popular and then build workouts around them. Alternating days.

time for some active recovery. We have a push mower and way to big of a yard.

FAt boy!

weighed in at 171lbs. yay! 24%bf DOH!

my arms measured a half inch larger but my thighs measured smaller.

Definiteley need some diet work.

Benched for a new max of 190 today. thats about 112% of start. It looks alot better like that :) but a #20lb gain in 6 workouts is totally sweet anyway! that means i'll be banging on man weight in no time!
