I've been making a shake with a brand of Nature's Way cereal called Pumpkin Flax, or something like that. Any ways I throw that in the blender (the whole sleeve) with lactaid and that's over 2000 calories right there.BrainSquirt wrote:Dragon, et al,
What time of the day are you consuming your milk?
Many months back I order some raw milk, right to my doorstep. MAN!! the gas was horrible. I was drinking that alone. I decided to stop and replace with coconut milk but I might try the raw milk again with a product someone at the gym told me about. It's called Malaber or Malabar enzyme. It's supposed to put the gas completely to rest. IDK. I have a feeling that a lack of lactase in my gut means I should probably stop. It might be likely I'm allergic to a protein in there too.
