142lbs

Bench - 235lbs
Squat - 305lbs
Deadlift - 325lbs
(skinny legs, don't judge me)

Based on experience, I guess I'm pretty much strong in contrast to other people my weight.

When I first started out I was at about:
bench - 185
squat - around 1.5xbw
DL - ??? no idea

tufluk, I think you're referring to statistics that describe what an average strength lifter will be lifting at the end of what's thought of as the "beginner" stage of training. I think the numbers are slightly different - if I recall correctly (1RMs) BP 1.2xBW, SQ 1.75xBW, DL 2xBW, OHP .75xBW. in any case, that's generally thought of as the time at which "beginner" strength gains that are made from linear progression taper off, and more complex programming is needed, such as the Texas Method or Wendler's 5/3/1, which is based on weekly strength gains, as opposed to a beginner program, which would have you lifting slightly more with each consecutive session.

in any case, I relatively recently started beginner strength training and I do not consider myself to be anywhere near "strong". my stats are: BP 1xBW (150lbs.), SQ 1.7xBW (260lbs.), DL 1.8xBW (275lbs.) and lastly my terrible OHP at .6xBW (90lbs.) ... at a bodyweight of ~153lbs., height of 6'.

I know the feeling. When's your next meet? How far down will you have to cut?
