You don't "need" it, though it's a useful driver if you will, of creatine into the muscle cell.
I've used it with and without. It's certainly better with TMG, in the absence of Kre-Anabolyn. Still, it's not going to make or break you. If it's available, grab it.
If not, don't worry about it...

I have 2 brand new sealed containers I am not using, I will sell them for $10 bucks a piece plus shipping to anyone who wants them...send me a PM...they are just sitting in my cabinet collecting dust

Thanks so much for the reply, Rob. I'm going to go ahead and get the GPA/TMG in powder form (TMG available from TP) and add it to the shake. Thanks again!!
