Great work Hank!, as always..

Folks, if you're new to The Blueprint - Do peruse Hank's logs, commentary/answers etc. as well as Draco's and Brainsquirts.

There are many, many others BUT these vets have seen the ups and downs of Blueprint over many YEARS.

MANY of their "detours" were learning experiences for me, allowing me to craft a BIGGER, BETTER Blueprint for YOU!!

Witness Draco's first BP 1.0 run. He ran into problems getting traction, during his transition from Famine to Feast... and he let me know he wasn't happy!!

Did he or I give up?

HELL NO!! I went back and looked for BETTER solutions. Ultimately, that led to crafting bridge workouts 1-5 to Feast in 2.0.

Presto, it was there when Justin (aka Turboflex) picked it up!! The upshot of all of this... ?

2.0's success rate jumped from circa 85% to damn near 100%!! Turbo's was an EPIC run, still the benchmark in my mind (overall) as to gains realized during just ONE, BP run!!!

It's living up to the mantra, we have here: LEARN, SHARE, GROW!*

*That goes for the 5Faces of Fear(tm), too... :):):):):)

Well, talk about rebound weight 251 this a.m.

Focus and strength are good at gym today. Going to maintain 110% cals on lifting days and around 80 on cardio days. See how that sorts out after a few weeks. Like to stay in the 245lb-lb range and loose some unsightly bulges

Went to PT for my left (impinged shoulder) this AM. Of course they said avoid overhead lifts/ shrugs/narrow grip benching.

So I will modify the 3.0 template use lighter weights and focus on body re comp. I will have to give up some strength, but I am okay with this.

Awesome day, I trust ecdy will help my recovery.

HIIT and GPP with abs/core today and Legs on Thursday!

A. Consider your Tribx90 the DNA Transcription/Test boost during Cruise. As well, the cbol creatine should be used during Cruise.

REASON: Since you've got Ebol, tbol trib etc working for you during Feast, it doesn't make sense to duplicated test boosters (tbol trib + TribX90) during Feast.

Doing so will allow you to better evaluate which test booster, works best for YOU!!

A. Dose that HARD, starting 3rd week of Feast!!

2caps ebol ecdy pre w/o fats and protein mid day

Sublingual around 4 and ebol ecdy with dinner

Tribex then 1cap am one cap pm?
A. Tribex too? Save that for a future run. You're making me/us cry big, crocodile tears..

Why, you ask?

It's because all 5 of us, have alligator arms... :)

Insane busy week at work HP launching their Ipad competitor.

Workouts are consistent, EDT's really fit well in my time constraints .

I am sick of babying my shoulder so I stepped back into my 80% range on most exercises.

Leg workouts now include using a makeshift sled too, which really kicks my ass.

Weight 254..little change, felling very full in chest and legs.
