I can tell its going to be a lot fattier than I'm used to dealing with but I think I can handle it for the benefits.
You can skim the fat off the top if you want, but I leave it in there, as I think it has properties that help as well...I usually do a cup a day
Should notice some positive things within a week or two...

I definitely added too much lemon haha, hard to drink this stuff! Got down a bowl today though
I added a LOT of meat and noodles to it...

Bone Broth is awesome. A good book full of whole, traditional food recipes is Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. If you make the broth make sure that it simmers on high enough heat over 24 hours so that you have to add some water to it because it reduced. Otherwise it will smell nasty and not be appetizing at all

I haven't made bone broth yet but its properties are quite amazing.
