my lower back was sore the past couple of days and is stiff today so im pushing my first workout to tomorrow afternoon.

took EC, gte, ebol, and 1 tsp coconut oil before breakfast ~30 calories
breakfast was 4 eggs, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop super foods ~ 420 calories
took ec, gte, ebol and 2g fish oil before lunch ~20 calories
lunch was a bowl of carrots and broccoli with parm. peppercorn dressing, refried beans, and the turkey, cheese and veggies out of 2 wraps ~850 calories
took ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before dinner ~30 calories
dinner was 2 servings solution 5 and half a serving cocoa roasted almonds ~450 calories
before bed ill have 1 scoop trutein ~115 calories

days calories ~1915

back is more stiff today than yesterday for some reason but im craving the gym today. ill be going early afternoon right after class.

preworkout i took 1 scoop ultima and pumpbol, EC and gte
intra i drank 1 scoop purple intrain and 6g bcaas ~34 calories
pwo was 2 scoops ONE, 1 scoop whey, and ebol ~240 calories
lunch was chicken and veggies, and a bowl of broccoli with 1 tsp parm. peppercorn dressing ~450 calories
took ebol and 2g fish oil before dinner 20 calories
dinner was a naked burrito with chicken, beans, corn, olives, salsa, and guacamole ~700 calories
before bed ill have 2 scoops trutein and 1 tbsp peanut butter ~330 calories

total calories ~2200

crazy first workout today, great pump and burn on every exercise. every rep was slow and controlled with 2 seconds up and 1-2 seconds down, 1 minute rest between sets.

lat pulldown- 100x10, 100x10, 170x8,8,6+2
squat- 95x5, 135x5, 185x8,8,8
push ups- 10, 5+1, 3
romanian deadlift- 185x8, 8, 5+2+1

10 minutes rest
seated calf press hold during rest- 90x36s, 16s

hanging knee raise- 10,10
decline crunches- 8, 4+1

kind of embarrassing that i couldnt do more push ups but i was dead after squats and just couldnt push any more.

lunch was cracker crumb cod ~650 calories
took ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before dinner
dinner was 2 servings solution 5 and a little less than 1 tbsp peanut butter ~440 calories
before bed i had 2 scoops trutein and half a serving of cashews ~410 calories

about 1990 calories on the day

today is my cheat day in terms of my diet. im still limiting my calories though.

took ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil first thing in the morning
took 1 scoop whey and greens mix before breakfast ~115 calories
breakfast was 2 egg and cheese biscuits, 2 mini egg and cheese omelets and a few potatol pancakes ~1050 calories
i drank 1 servings atomic 7 and 18g bcaas while playing basketball
before dinner i took ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil
dinner was baked chicken and pasta alfredo and a little refried beans ~900 calories
i will take ebol and 2g fish oil later on
before bed ill have 2 scoops trutein ~230 calories

~2400 calories

dinner was 4 turkey burgers and a bowl of broccoli with 1.5 tbsp ranch ~900 calories
calories for the day ~2040

yea, things are good except my hunger has gone way up since my workout on thursday.

lunch was 3 scoops whey and a bowl of spinach and broccoli with 2 tbsp ranch dressing ~450 calories
took ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before dinner ~30 calories
dinner was a grilled chicken breast, a couple bites of fish, a little chicken salad with spinach and broccoli, 3 tbsp cashew nut butter, and 2 scoops whey ~920 calories

total daily calories ~1850

drank 1 serving atomic 7 and 12g bcaas intra workout
pwo i took 2 scoops ONE and 1 scoop whey with ebol ~255 calories
lunch was a naked burrito with chicken, corn, beans, olives, green salsa, pico de gallo, and guacamole ~1000 calories
took ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before dinner ~30 calories
dinner will be 2 scoops trutein, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop superfoods, and 3 tbsp cashew nut butter ~600 calories

total calories ~2315 calories

2nd workout today, these workouts are surprisingly difficult considering the weights im using. im getting such a quick pump that after the first few reps the whole set gets challenging as i just cant push anymore. my grip/forearms are also dying quickly on anything that requires me to hold weights.

all sets were done with slow reps and 1 minute rest between sets

military press- 95x8, 95x8, 85x2 + 70x5

lunges- 35x4 and bodyweight x4, 35x8, 35x8
my first set my forearms burned out on me and i had to set the weights down. this wa also my first time doing lunges and they were much more difficult than i ever imagined.

dips- 5, 4, 3
these were a little rough on my shoulder and wrists, disappointing that i couldnt do more

t-bar rows- 70x8, 70x8, 70x5 + 45x3

twisting decline crunches- 10, 8
i stopped after 2 sets because i was feeling a little sick

these workouts are extremely taxing
