FINNALY tomorrow is the last day of my famine.. Ive been seeing pizzas and other goodies on tv and have wanted sooo badly to eat some of them..

maybe 30g protein today.. defintly no more and I got a lil over on cals I think... I feel kinda lethargic :P.. was having a little trouble concentrating.

Hang up man! Food is soooo satisfying after 5 days of fruits/veges, but that you already know :wink:

nice, feels good to be done with famine.. its 3oclock and im already @ almost 2k cals
20oz whole milk with 1 scoop gainer=900
5oz buffalo burger 415
5oz fries 300?
8oz strip steak 400+
=aprox 2015 cals

more to.come later im shooting for 5k the.next 3 days
