Wow today is Day 35. I apologize again for anyone who is following this. I have completed the first two workouts in phase II EDT and they kicked my butt in such a good way. Today will be the second round with the upper split.

Since changing to the slow carb diet, i have noticed that my fat loss has significantly sped up. I will take measurements again today and weigh myself sunday morning(mornings for consistency).

Tomorrow is cheat day for my diet and I am going to pig out (as encouraged with the diet). I plan to take a picture of everythign I consome, ill see if i can upload them to this log just for show and tell.

Only another week or so left before switching into cruise and then I am going to begin using the burn it up.
