Feedback on the Lemon Cleanse during Famine:
I... would suggest this. I didn't have any multistix or anything like that, but my HR did increase (slightly, hard to tell with my HR mon), and I definitely lost the 1lb/day, even though it's obviously from having my innards cleansed and being totally depleted. And it's not easy. But famine isn't supposed to be a cakewalk, right?
It would be good if someone with a bit more knowledge with the BP and more exact means of measuring what you're looking for during the famine to give it a shot.

I just kept editing my first post with all the deets.
The lemon cleanse I followed:
Each day, drink 12 cups of a mix (each quart = 2tbsp maple syrup, 2tbsp lemon juice, pinch of cayenne pepper, the rest water).
Each morning...... Oral Enema. I really hated these so I only did it the first 2 or 3 days and once at the end. Oral enema is 2tbsp of uniodized seasalt in 1 quart of water.
0 protein, 0 supplements, the point of the cleanse is to give you digestive system a break and get cleaned out a little. Lot's of people have done it, and its supposed to be run for 10 days (though I've heard stories of it being run for 30 days). I only did it for the 5 days of famine and it was pretty much hell

"Oral Enema" huh?
Has a nice ring to it. Me being the marketing genius I am, I'd probably run with it

Feast Day 3:
Weigh-In: 66.8kg
--I think I overslept, I have a terrible, pounding headache. Otherweise feeling fine. Yesterday I decided to start cleaning up the bad food in my cupboards so it became the "Eat as much shit as possible day". Today will be similar. Then Monday is back to the good diet.

Yesterdays workout information has been edited in
Feast Day 5 - Workout Day
Sleep: 7 hours
Weigh-in: 66.5kg (-2.2lbs since yesterday)
Fasted Cardio: 40min
AM: Pretty proud of myself for hitting 80x8 on the BB shoulder press last night. Very pleased! Calories were 2297 for the day, and about 250g protein. Gluten Flour is going to be making a regular appearance in my diet plan - it's almost entirely protein. Most excellent. Eventually I will be able to fashion my own EPIC pizza crust with this stuff... then I will be one happy mother fucker!
I'm not sure what weights I'll be doing on squats today, but I do know it will be a PR since surgery. I gotta warm up to my 90% 1RM.. which I will assume is a measely 120lbs. At least... hopefully more. I'm working out with my ladies tonight so we'll see how she rolls.
Also.. I am currently not sore AT ALL in my pecs/shoulders.
GST Squat Day
Core: 3 sets, 1xAMRAP, 2x1rep @90% 1RM
