Awesome Hank!!

Now, we just need you to confirm once again strength can either be maintained or ideally, improved upon. Once I have that, 3.0 just got a LOT closer to being finished!!

Perhaps I missed this Hank but what was your RHR prior to beginning Famine?

Don't let any one variable define success/failure. You've been through it.. you know what to look for!

After you complete this 2nd go around with the 3.0 draft training template... I'll have enough to go about wrapping it up!!
