Sadly looks like I am going to pull the plug on this run a little early 6 weeks total. I am going on vacation tomorrow.

My plan is take a week off, then start famine and roll right back into 3.0.

Quick summary
3.0 for fat loss
Works exceptionally, in the last week i drop about 3lbs while gaining strentgh.
The formula/eagle we integral as my recovery times were minimal.

Thanks Hank. Shame vacation got in the way but Family First!

Let me know when you finish the whole shootin' match. Desparately need that to finalize 3.0 :)

Take care!!

BTW, Eagle #2 flew out of the nest Monday. Expect it to land shortly... :)

What do I think? I think you are pissing me off with this picture!! :x

I woke up this morning and it was -20°C outside (-4F), with snow on the car and I am working at river shore with high wind speed...

Happy for you, hope you had a great time with the palm trees!

Ya Pelo I am back home now tho, and we still have ice on the roads. Nothing like you up there but it is enough to disrupt our lives in the South.

I do recommend Punta Cana though

I heard that an inch of snow is enough to disrupt everyday activities in Texas as it's a very unusual event. Don't know about Georgia but it must be close to that.

We don't even talk about 1 inch of snow. Schools will close at like 10-12 inches or when it's freezing rain. The rest of normal life needs 18-20 inches to be disrupt. Snow storms aren't a good excuses to be late at work :)

I was using a calorie counter (llivestrong) but sometimes i would forget and then it became stress so I decided to forgo the official count.

But based on past experience i am guessing below 1500cals with protein below 30gms.

Ammonia smell very pronounced after cardio today, seems in my nose
