What supplements do i NEED to take with this
reading through the blueprint necessity vs optional is hard to tell

You don't need to take any really, it's up to the individual blueprinter. But if your short on cash the top two are protein and Kre-Anabolyn.

i would suggest no adaptogens for your first run

that way you have a benchmark

Both Ebol and KA are quality products made by quality companies. Having said that, all of the diagnostic work you see in the BP was done on KA. Take that for what its worth.
