sorry if this has been addressed, but aside from prior to working out, are there spefic times to be be taking ecdy, and does it change on workout days vs non-WO days?
Yes and it's a great question.
Generally speaking, if you're using Kre-Anabolyn you want to take it 3 times a day spread out with your highest CARB based meals. Some will require 2/day, very few up to 4. KA's formula is heavily geared toward substrate storage (glycogen/phosphagens) via the 4 hydroxylisoleucine, Kre-Alkalyn, L-dopa etc.
On workout days, you want one about an hour prior to and one immediately after with your post workout drink. The one prior can be consumed with a carb based preworkout meal (say a cup of oatmeal,honey and chocolate mass pro with a bit of natural peanut butter) Mmmmm.
If using Ebol or like product, similar workout recommendation BUT on off days, try taking the doses with your highest PROTEIN based meals. Ebol's formula is slightly geared in this direction and it's worked out well for those that have used both products in said fashion.
