pmartinez78's 1st BP run
Hey guys, I'll be starting my first bp run this coming Monday. I had originally planned to start the week after but after reading more, I got too excited so I decided to start sooner. For this 1st run, I will be trying to follow the program as close as possible but I will not be using any of the recommend products just to see how well this program works.
Supplements I will be using:
Multi
Whey protein
Creatine
As for my current goal, I'm looking to recomp with the bp hoping to get to 170lb with sub 10% bf. Maybe get the six pack I've been trying to get. I almost hit my goal before but I had to spend the last to months with my mother cuz she had stage 4 cancer. In that time, I lived off of fast food so now I'm farther away from goal. Now that's she's resting, I'm back on track and hoping to accomplish my goal using the bp. I'm guessing it will take me at least two runs.
Anyways, here are my stats:
Age: 32
Weight: 165lb
Height: 5'7"
BF: 12-13% (guesstimating)
I took Rob's advice to take it one week at a time. I have my famine phase all planned out. I'll post my famine phase workout out later so I can get some feedback before starting.

Well I start my famine phase tomorrow, so here is my first famine phase workout plan. I guesstimated the weight so I might need to adjust as I go. Please let me know how it looks.
Famine phase workout 1:
Squat - 3 sets of 6 reps with 185 lbs
supersetted with
One Arm Row - 3 sets of 6 reps with 80 lbs
Seated Cable Row - 3 sets of 6 with 120
supersetted with
Lat Pulldown - 3 sets of 6 with 160
Barbell Bicep Curl - 1 set of 6 with 100 lbs
Incline Dumbbell Curl - 1 set of 6 with 35 lbs
Preacher Curl - 1 set of 6 with 70 lbs
As for my diet, I will be following the famine phase sample template.

Way ahead of you Rob. I was all over those links earlier today.
Just an update on my weight. I'm 161lb not 165lbs. I guess I lost a few pounds from 2 weeks back.
As for my workout, it was pretty good. Let's see how good the others are. Here's what I did:
Squat - 3 sets of 6 reps with 185 lbs
supersetted with
One Arm Row - 3 sets of 6 reps with 80 lbs
Seated Cable Row - 3 sets of 6 with 120
supersetted with

Barbell Bicep Curl - 1 set of 6 with 100 lbs
Incline Dumbbell Curl - 1 set of 6 with 35 lbs
Preacher Curl - 1 set of 6 with 70 lbs
I'm so looking forward to my next work out.

Let's see how it goes tomorrow. I'll post my planned routine for tomorrow sometime later on today.
That stinks man. But I'm sure the results at the end will be worth it. Be sure your taking lecithin. I think that's what's helping me from feeling like crap so early on.pmartinez78 wrote:
