Hey guys, so basically I was wondering if it's cool to change up ur edt blocks mid feast?
Basically I'm getting sick of my current edt blocks.
A Change I'm thinking of doing is my second block on upper days I wanna get rid of db curls and sub in something with better isolation.
And on my leg day I do db lunges, would love to replace that! Also keen to include pull ups would be cool.
Thanks guys.

Keeping in mind I'm an utter BP newb, haven't even started my first run lol, but I've lifted a weight or two over time. I've never seen where variation is a bad thing. BUT, relative to the BP, I'll stay tuned and see what the pro's think. This is an excellent question cause I have a pretty good bevy of EDT's laid out that I plan to do in rotation.

Very much in favor of doing so, especially when your mind grows bored. That's a sign.
I like to run a certain block during workouts 1-5, another 2 or more during Feast. It all depends.
You go with what works. And if switching it up works for you... I'm on board

i almost weeped from joy just now lol.
leg days i feel like i cheat, even though im smashing out SLDL and RDL's.
pull ups after my deads will be interesting!
if i cant muster them up then ill just do shrugs/calf raises.
