John or Rob, need an opinion
I'm looking for some solid digestive enzymes, I don't think MASS makes any - do you guys have any specific recommendations?

I personally haven't used Greens yet but not doubting the quality/feedback here one bit.
Alkaplex always did me right. I guess it's time to experiment again. These superfood concentrates/digestive support type supps are WAY overlooked in our little world. When you think about it, all the protein/food and supp we consume are ASSUMED to be readily absorbed by a healthy digestive tract.
Well, needless to say, things like this play strongly into Famine. It's here where we prime the body for the downpour and Greens/Alkaplex play a key role in both IMO.
It was Brainsquirt who originally suggested I push this harder in 3.0 (detox, etc). The man is brilliant on such topics, and you would be wise to consult him.
Hope that helps....

I wish I sold supps, I really do. But that's not my thing. I can tell you AskMass MuscleMass is top shelf.
I've been a paying customer since 1993 for 3 resons: Quality, Integrity and Service. I don't buy everything here, but that should tell you something about MASS.
They don't want to carry just "everything" if you know what I'm saying..

Rob,
I should have copied the message, etc... I was asking askmass. between this company, and another, I spent about $300 last WEEK! I still remember when I was like 20, and paid $40 or $50 for protein at a local discount store. I thought THAT was a lot. And I was lighter, etc... so the protein went farther. Also, I had BETTER results. After a week or so people would ask me if I was working out.

I know, I get it now. It is TYPICAL for an avg customer to be spending $200 - $300 or more/month on supps.
And why?... Because most are desparately shotgunning stuff due to the fact they've plateaued.
As I've tried to say in The BP, there are no nutrients that will rectify this. Your training/diet does. THEN you add in QUALITY supps STRATEGICALLY at JUST the right time to make the difference.
I am the last guy to lecture people on money mgmt but guys (especially you younger guys.... PLEASE HEED THIS ADVICE):
1.) Invest your spare money in some sort of retirement account (ROTH IRA or 401K or ideally...BOTH!). You come here for the truth so here it is if you live in the U.S.:
NOBODY HAS YOUR BACK ANYMORE.... EXCEPT YOU
Our "leaders" sold us out in the 1980's. No more pensions guys, no more stable employment anywhere. Some day I want to play golf with you and shoot the breeze over protein drinks on the beach when we're 80. I DON"T want to hear you at age 80 saying the following to me:
"Welcome to WalMart"
2.) Invest in your HEALTH by buying X amount of quality product to use STRATEGICALLY during your BP runs.
I know and work with millionaires (insurance people who were granted stock options) who are age 50 and had two heart attacks. Many of these people have one foot in the grave and all the money in the world.
NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM CAN BUY GOOD HEALTH.
The BP Mass Stack (just one example), is $168 delivered to your door in the continental US. Used strategically the way I advocate, it'll last at least 6 weeks, likely 10 for most of you.
To reiterate: I don't care if you use MASS (although I obviously like them) or any other company's product.
Just be smart about it.... Training first, diet, rest and then supps.
God bless you all for putting up with me...

Well, I DO have a couple hundred thousand in a 401K, and some IRAs. And it is in realestate, metals, stocks, bonds, etc.... Investments are here and abroad. I have at least 4 good banks I have money in, and over 6 investment companies I have money in.
So I am better off than MOST.
As for the shotgun approach? I got:
BLUEPRINT MASS STACK Course recommended supplements shown to double gains. $168.00
GRANTED, there is a discount in the course but, with all the raving press here and all, I also got 2(3 with the coupon):
KRE-ANABOLYN The Ultimate Natural Anabolic. Leuzea Rhaponticum Carthamoides, L-Dopa, 4-Hydroxy-L-isoleucine, Kre-Alkalyn. ActivECDY/Multi-Patents. 60ct $47.95
I figured it was a little better deal. MAYBE instead of getting the protein, I will opt for the ultimate mass stack that seems to have everything else I would like to try.
Is THAT what you mean by shotgun? Most of the stuff I am getting IS regular stuff like vitamins, protein. OK, I have some extra money and sometimes splurge on a new thing that is a gimic.
But the $300 or so? Well...
As for how we are getting ripped off by the SSA? It started in 1913! Don't let ANYONE tell you different, unless they know of an earlier period. Amazon has a nice book about it. This is a direct link I make NOTHING on:
https://www.amazon.com/Creature-Jekyll-I ... 0912986212
THAT begot the IRS which begot the SSA which is the PONZI scheme you spoke about.
And yeah, I am one of the youngest in the first generation that will be hit by this. I don't know if I will see even a PENNY of social security.
And our congress has their OWN nice pension, so they are ISOLATED from this. MOST of their supporters are also. Of course, I am NOT!

Steve,
My father recommended I read "The Creature from Jekyll Island" 20 something years ago and it was an absolute eye opener for me.
Everyone is shocked and angered when they read it, as they well should be. It should be required reading to get a high school diploma, if you ask me (I know, fat chance of that).
I am always instantly impressed by anyone who mentions the book, because I know they are an intelligent, "in the know" and active Patriot by the mere reference.
Me, I've been recommending it to people left and right ever since I first had my eyes opened. Ron Paul has promoted it forever, and with his massive audience reach in more recent years it is resonating with millions and millions of newly awakened Americans, ongoing.
Let's audit that damn fed, just for starters, and kudo's to you, my friend.

Back a bit more on topic- At MASS, our average long term customer doesn't spend anywhere close to $300 a month. The average ticket is about $87 last time we checked, for a fact.
Interesting to note that free shipping kicks in at the $85 mark.
We do see new customers, and long time regulars, spend like that at certain times, though... Say, when spurred on by starting a new routine like BP or with a new years resolution after an extended winter holiday lay off. Or, when we have one of our big specials, they play it smart and stock up.
But, to say it outright- I do agree spot on with Rob when he describes how wise and prudent it is to be targeted with your training routine, dietary planning and supplement choices.
I think I know him well enough to say that the "I get it. It is TYPICAL for an avg customer to spend $200 - $300 or more/month on supps" isn't intended for and doesn't apply to BP devotees nor MASS customers.
I think it applies mostly to teens routed into GNC by the joke muscle mags and over at that Wal-Mart of bodybuilding site where every "latest and greatest!!" flavor-of-the-month supplement is hyped to the moon and pawned off to the unsuspecting and ill informed.
They play those kids like suckers, frankly.
That's my two cents, anyway.
