help please
help please
in the german loading pattern #1 with the 6 workouts do i only perform one movement ie. bench for the 6 workouts or can i do squat as well?? and what is the time frame used to complete the six workouts? and one more thing wat is the advised rest period between the first 5 workouts as i enter feast? tx for your help in advance!!

Hey buddy welcome to the forums. Instead of re-printing, the answers to your questions are posted as "Stickys" In this section. Look at the sample Feast Phase workout template and possibly the sticky that compares stickys to what's in the book.
If everything is going OK with a 2 on/1 or 2 off keep at it. If things slow down insert extra rest days either going to a 1 on 1 off or other schedule with more rest days.
As far as rest between sets, when I go heavy I keep it around three min. If you can hit all reps with less time between sets go for it. If you can't hit reps try 4min but no more than 5.
