Ever since I started lifting I have known about flaxseed, so yesterday I was at Sam's club and saw a big bulk thing of it for cheap so I picked it up. I was wondering when would be a good time to eat/drink the flaxseed oil in feast/when I am bulking. I take a couple protein shakes a day during a bulk:
Immediately when I wake up
Pre-Workout
Post-Workout
Bed-time (Casein)
Sometimes if I am in a pinch for a snack during the day.
... and just in case anytime doesn't work for you - maybe try
soaking the 3 tbsp overnight and adding to shakes (or whatever) between 12 and 6 PM... and maybe only do it 3 - 4 time s per week instead of daily...
