So i just got my first stack and ready to run with the bp here is what i have..also when should i take everything?

XF Ultra peptide Whey
AllMax creapure mono
Thermolife e-bol (x2)
burn it up (x2)

could be wrong, but this is how i think it could be done
Thermolife ebol ecdy (x2) - i would follow the label on off days. 3 servings spaced out with your highest protein meals. On workout days however, take one serving an hour prior, then one serving postworkout. Then the last serving some other time that day with protein
burn it up (x2) - i think rob suggests saving this for cruise, but i ll let him answer that.
XF Ultra peptide 2.0 - could be used a meal replacement if you dont have time to eat, otherwise i would take it before bed.
XF Ultra peptide Whey - post workout, and at breakfast
AllMax creapure mono - you could use this whenever, feast or cruise, your preferance. If this is your first time using e-bol though, i would save it for cruise. That way you know how effective e-bol is.
