Recently starting a cut for the rest of the summer and was wonder if BIU can be used as a full out thermo? Ex. dosing 2-3 throughout the day..
Or is it more worthwhile just using it at a pre workout?
btw whats the caffeine content?

It makes a great full out thermo, but is not typical in that it is so vast and broad in form and function, of both ingredients and useful protocols.
Caffeine specifically is around 50mg per cap, is only one of 22 "active factor" ingredients, and I've used 4+ many times over a day of biking.
