Mon, Wed, Fri: Prescribed workouts and fasting till pre-workout (warrior)
30 min Pre-Workout: 1 apple & Half serving of almonds
Post-Workout: Large greens salad and cooked veggies w/ tbsp of olive oil
2 hrs later: 1 apple
Pre-Bed: 2 tbsp of organic PB
Tues & Thurs: Morning HIIT and Small portions of veggies, fruit, & walnuts/almonds throughout the day (2 hrs apart)
Breakfast:Fruit
Lunch:Greens salad and cooked veggies
Dinner:Same as lunch
Pre-Bed:2 tbsp of organic PB
ANY input or critiques you may have please let me know. I know you guys will steer me in the right direction!

Hey man, welcome aboard!
I do have one suggestion... if this is your first time on warrior - EASE into it. Start by fasting until 11AM, add an hour a day etc.. To go for it off the top is um.... intense.
I did it but I wouldn't recommend it. Otherwise, exercise caution especially on workout #3. If at any time you feel dizzy, sick ect DISCONTINUE. You may have to do bodyweight squats on workout 3 given the pace but again, heed the above advice.
I value your health far more than any gains. Speaking of which, you can't gain when you're sick/hurt!
