Is there a certain carb number on famine
if you have to stay under 35g of protein how many carbs should you stay under i notice there is alot of fruit. Just wondering i hate celery and carrots if i know formula i can switch vegetables.
You WANT carbs during Famine. They should make up the majority of your diet, in fact.
Not sure where I went wrong but many have interpreted Famine = "low carb". Not true. Not by a longshot...
Hope that helps. If you need more guidance, I've PM'd you my cell phone #. Happy to answer any and all questions!!

In blueprint 2.0 "dietary observations - famine phase #3" you mention low carb as an option to help people manage hunger. is this not ideal then? I would prefer low carb but if high carb works better I will do that.RobRegish wrote:You WANT carbs during Famine. They should make up the majority of your diet, in fact.
